Step 2 — Design & Material Selection
Once you decide to move forward, we help you choose tile, fixtures, vanity, and any other materials. We will show you options at every price point and tell you honestly where spending more is worth it and where it is not. You make every decision. We help you make them with good information.
Step 3 — Demo & Waterproofing
Work starts on the date we agreed to. Demo comes out clean and goes out of your home the same day. Moisture barrier, cement board, and waterproofing are installed in every wet area before any tile goes up. This is the part most homeowners never see, and it is the part that determines whether your bathroom holds up for 5 years or 25.
Step 4 — Tile, Fixtures & Finishes
Tile is set level and true. Grout lines are consistent. Fixtures are seated properly and tested before we move on. Every trade is sequenced so nothing has to be redone. If something is not right, we correct it before the next step begins.
Step 5 — Final Walkthrough
When the work is done, we do a walkthrough together. Every fixture runs. Every door and drawer opens correctly. Every grout line gets inspected. If you see something that needs a touch-up, we do it before we leave. The job is not done until you are satisfied with it.
